Method: organizations.locations.entitlements.list
Lists entitlements in a given project/folder/organization and location.

GET https://privilegedaccessmanager.googleapis.com/v1beta/{parent=organizations/*/locations/*}/entitlements
The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.
