Setelah memesan koneksi Cross-Cloud Interconnect, pesan
port Alibaba Cloud Express Connect Anda.
Pesan port Express Connect
Untuk setiap koneksi Cross-Cloud Interconnect, Anda memerlukan
port Express Connect.
Konsol
Login ke konsol Alibaba Cloud Express Connect.
Di halaman Express Connect, klik Buat Koneksi Fisik.
Untuk Region, pilih kota yang ingin Anda hubungkan dengan
memilih salah satu opsi berikut di menu Penyedia Konektivitas:
Untuk region China (Hong Kong), pilih Lainnya (China Daratan).
Untuk semua region lainnya, pilih
Penyedia Konektivitas di Luar China Daratan.
Untuk Titik Akses, pilih nama Cloud Alibaba untuk lokasi jarak jauh.
Untuk Jenis Port, pilih 10 GE Single-Mode Optical Port.
Biarkan Redundant Physical Connection ID kosong saat memesan
port utama. Anda akan menyetelnya saat memesan port redundan.
Centang kotak bahwa Anda telah membaca dan memahami aturan penagihan.
Klik Oke untuk melakukan pemesanan.
Ulangi proses yang sama saat memesan port redundan. Namun, untuk
port kedua, setel menu Redundant Physical Connection ID ke port
utama yang Anda pesan sebelumnya.
Tunggu beberapa menit agar port dapat dialokasikan.
Setelah port ditentukan, klik Ajukan permohonan untuk LOA.
Untuk Nama Perusahaan, masukkan Google Cloud.
Untuk Perusahaan Konstruksi yang Masuk ke Pusat Data Alibaba Cloud,
masukkan Google Cloud.
Untuk Jenis Leased Line, pilih Koneksi Fiber.
Untuk Jadwal Konstruksi, pilih tanggal besok.
Untuk Bandwidth Leased Line dalam Mbps, masukkan 10000.
Menu ini mengharuskan Anda memasukkan informasi untuk engineer lapangan
meskipun tidak digunakan:
Klik Tambahkan Engineer Lapangan.
Untuk Nama, masukkan TidakBerlaku.
Untuk Informasi Kontak, masukkan nomor telepon Anda.
Untuk Nomor ID, masukkan Fasilitas colo tidak dikenal.
Untuk Jenis kelamin, masukkan jenis kelamin Anda.
Klik Oke.
Pada halaman yang muncul, klik Oke.
Buat LOA
Agar Google dapat menyediakan koneksi Anda, surat tersebut harus memiliki surat otorisasi
(LOA) untuk setiap port Alibaba Cloud Anda.
Setelah Anda memesan port Express Connect, port akan menunggu proses peninjauan
yang dapat memerlukan waktu antara sepuluh menit dan dua hari kerja. Setelah peninjauan selesai,
klik tombol untuk mendownload dokumen LOA. Jika Anda tidak dapat mendownload
dokumen LOA setelah dua hari kerja, buka tiket dukungan.
Kirim LOA ke Google
Setelah memesan koneksi Cross-Cloud Interconnect, Anda
akan menerima pesan email konfirmasi dari Google. Setiap pesan
ini menyertakan petunjuk untuk mengirim LOA Alibaba Cloud Anda ke Google.
Setelah memiliki LOA, lakukan hal berikut:
Tentukan port Alibaba Cloud Express Connect mana yang harus terhubung ke setiap
koneksi Cross-Cloud Interconnect.
Temukan dokumen LOA untuk port tersebut.
Balas setiap email Google dan lampirkan dokumen LOA
yang sesuai.
Catat petunjuk yang Anda berikan kepada Google terkait
port Cross-Cloud Interconnect yang terhubung dengan port Alibaba Cloud.
Anda memerlukan informasi ini nanti dalam proses ini saat mengonfigurasi resource
Alibaba Cloud.
Setelah Anda merespons kedua email tersebut, Google akan mengirimkan email yang mengonfirmasi
bahwa LOA telah diterima.
Kemudian, setelah Google menyediakan koneksi
Cross-Cloud Interconnect, Anda akan menerima serangkaian email
lain yang menyatakan bahwa pekerjaan telah selesai. Pada saat itu, Alibaba Cloud belum
menyediakan kuncir untuk port Express Connect.
Klik Konfirmasi Pengiriman.
Untuk ID Leased Line/ID Kabel, masukkan ID tiket koneksi yang diberikan Google
kepada Anda.
Untuk Spesifikasi Port ODF, masukkan informasi Patch Panel
dari dokumen LOA yang sebelumnya Anda download.
Klik Oke.
Alibaba Cloud menyelesaikan koneksi kuncir dalam empat hari kerja.
Google menguji Cross-Cloud Interconnect sekali setiap hari untuk
memeriksa penyelesaian koneksi. Setelah koneksi terdeteksi, Google akan mengirimkan
email bahwa port Anda siap digunakan.

Log in to the Alibaba Cloud Express Connect console.\n2. On the **Express Connect** page, click **Create Physical Connection**.\n3. For **Region** , select the city that you want to connect to by\n choosing one of the following in the **Connectivity Provider** menu:\n\n - For the **China (Hong Kong)** region, select **Other (Chinese Mainland)**.\n - For all other regions, select **Connectivity Provider Outside Chinese Mainland**.\n4. For **Access Point**, select the Alibaba Cloud name for the remote location.\n\n5. For **Port Type** , select **10 GE Single-Mode Optical Port**.\n\n6. Leave **Redundant Physical Connection ID** empty when ordering the\n primary port. You will set it when ordering the redundant port.\n\n7. Check the box that you have read and understood the billing rules.\n\n8. Click **OK** to place the order.\n\n *Repeat the same process when ordering the redundant port* . However, for the\n second port, set the **Redundant Physical Connection ID** menu to the primary\n port that you previously ordered.\n\n Wait a few minutes for the ports to be allocated.\n9. After the port is allocated, click **Apply for LOA**.\n\n10. For **Company Name** , enter **Google Cloud**.\n\n11. For **Construction Company that Enters Data Centers of Alibaba Cloud** ,\n enter **Google Cloud**.\n\n12. For **Leased Line Type** , select **Fiber Connection**.\n\n13. For **Construction Schedule**, select the date tomorrow.\n\n14. For **Leased Line Bandwidth** in Mbps, enter **10000**.\n\n15. The menu requires that you enter information for a field engineer\n even though it is not used:\n\n 1. Click **Add Field Engineer**.\n 2. For **Name** , enter **NotApplicable**.\n 3. For **Contact Information**, enter your phone number.\n 4. For **ID Number** , enter **Unknown colo facility**.\n 5. For **Gender**, enter your gender.\n16. Click **OK**.\n\n17. On the page that appears, click **OK**.\n\nGenerate LOAs\n-------------\n\nFor Google to provision your connection, it must have a letter of authorization\n(LOA) for each of your Alibaba Cloud ports.\n\nAfter you order the Express Connect port, the port waits for a review process\nthat can take between ten minutes and two business days. After review completes,\nclick the button to download the LOA document. If you are unable to download\nan LOA document after two business days, open a support ticket.\n\nSend the LOAs to Google\n-----------------------\n\nAfter you order your Cross-Cloud Interconnect connections, you\nshould receive confirmation email messages from Google. Each of these\nmessages includes instructions for sending your Alibaba Cloud LOAs to Google.\nNow that you have the LOAs, do the following:\n\n1. Decide which Alibaba Cloud Express Connect port must be connected to each\n Cross-Cloud Interconnect connection.\n\n2. Locate the LOA document for that port.\n\n3. Respond to each of the Google emails, and attach the appropriate LOA\n documents.\n\nMake a note of the instructions that you provide to Google regarding which\nCross-Cloud Interconnect port connects to which Alibaba Cloud port.\nYou need this information later in the process when you configure your Alibaba\nCloud resources.\n\nAfter you respond to both emails, Google sends you an email acknowledging\nreceipt of the LOAs.\n\nStill later, after Google provisions your\nCross-Cloud Interconnect connections, you receive another set of\nemails stating that the work is complete. At that point, Alibaba Cloud has not\nyet provisioned the pigtail for the Express Connect port.\n\n1. Click **Confirm Delivery**.\n2. For **Leased Line ID/Cable ID**, enter the connection ticket ID that Google provides you.\n3. For **ODF Port Specification**, enter the Patch Panel information from the LOA document that you previously downloaded.\n4. Click **OK**.\n\nAlibaba Cloud completes the pigtail connection within four business days.\nGoogle tests your Cross-Cloud Interconnect once each day to check\nfor connection completion. After the connection is detected, Google sends an\nemail that your port is ready to use.\n\nCheck the status of your Google Cloud ports\n-------------------------------------------\n\n### Console\n\n1. In the Google Cloud console, go to the Cloud Interconnect\n **Physical connections** tab.\n\n [Go to Physical connections](https://console.cloud.google.com/hybrid/interconnects/list?tab=interconnects)\n2. Click the name of your Cross-Cloud Interconnect\n connection.\n\n3. On the **Interconnect details** page, locate the\n **Link circuit info** table.\n\n4.
