使用 Cross-Cloud Interconnect 時，Google 會為您在 Trusted Cloud by S3NS 網路和 Amazon Web Services (AWS) 網路之間建立實體連線。

您必須向 Google 和 AWS 同時訂購端口，Google 才能建立這些連線。為準備該程序，請找出您要用於連線的 Trusted Cloud 位置和相應的 AWS 位置。

選取位置的最佳做法

決定放置連線的位置時，請考量下列問題：

大部分的 Trusted Cloud 資源位於何處？
您的大部分 AWS 資源位於何處？

如果兩個雲端的資源都位於同一個位置，那麼選擇起來就很簡單。但如果不是，請考慮是否要將連線設為靠近Trusted Cloud 資源或 AWS 資源。如果連線更靠近 AWS 資源，流量在 Google 網路上傳輸的時間就會更長，這通常是理想的情況。不過，您也應考量從兩個雲端服務產生的資料輸出費用。

受所在位置影響的因素

本節說明選擇所在位置會影響哪些因素。

VLAN 連結

建立跨雲端互連網路連線後，您必須在 Trusted Cloud by S3NS中設定 VLAN 連結。VLAN 連結是介於遠端雲端網路與虛擬私有雲網路中單一區域之間的邏輯連線。

選擇端口的位置時，您可以限制可放置 VLAN 連結的區域數量。因此，支援的地區表格會包含一個欄，用於列出每個端口位置提供的Trusted Cloud 區域。

邊緣可用性網域

每個都會區都有兩個 Trusted Cloud 邊緣可用性網域。同一個都會區中的兩個網域不會同時停機進行維護。因此，當您選取主要和備援通訊埠的位置時，每個通訊埠都必須使用相同都會區內的不同邊緣可用性網域。無論您如何訂購端口，都適用這項規定。不過，使用 Google Cloud CLI 時，您必須明確指定每個邊緣可用性網域。使用 Trusted Cloud 控制台時，只要選取位置即可， Trusted Cloud 會在每個網域中為您保留連接埠。

在 gcloud CLI 版本的位置名稱中，邊緣可用性網域是第二項資訊。舉例來說，如果位置名稱為 iad-zone1-1，邊緣可用性網域就是 zone1。如果位置名稱為 iad-zone2-1，邊緣可用性區域就是 zone2。

主機代管機房

Google 通常會在單一主機代管服務供應商機房中佈建每個連線。不過，有時會在由同一家供應商經營的鄰近設施之間建立連線。無論是哪種情況，您通常不需要知道設施名稱。因此，支援的地點表格不會指出特定設施。

支援的地點清單

下表列出支援的 AWS 位置和對應的Trusted Cloud 位置。

您必須指定 Cross-Cloud Interconnect 連接埠的 Trusted Cloud 位置，並另外指定其他雲端服務供應商的連接位置。在本說明文件和 Trusted Cloud中，後者 AWS 位置稱為遠端位置。請務必使用遠端位置名稱訂購 Cross-Cloud Interconnect。您的遠端雲端供應商會為位置使用不同的名稱 (雖然相似)，您在向該雲端供應商訂購通訊埠時，會使用該名稱。

與 Trusted Cloud互動時， Trusted Cloud 主控台會在位置名稱旁顯示遠端位置說明，協助您選擇正確的位置。
在 Trusted Cloud中， Trusted Cloud 主控台的 Cloud Interconnect 位置 (非遠端位置) 會顯示設施資訊，而非實際的 Cloud Interconnect 位置名稱。

確認供應情形

確認要使用的地點後，請仔細檢查該地點是否有可用的 10 Gbps 或 100 Gbps Direct Connect 連接埠。這個步驟很實用，因為端口的可用性可能會在未經通知的情況下變更。

如果您使用 AWS 控制台，可以在下單時確認可用性。如要事先確認可用性，請使用 AWS CLI。

使用 describe-locations 指令，即可取得 AWS 位置可用的連線資訊。例如：
