DataprocAdded a new dataproc:pypi.repository property to customize the PyPI repository that pip uses.
The value can be a internet-accessible URL, or you can specify google to use a Google-hosted cache of PyPI, which
is accessible without public internet connectivity. Starting with Dataproc image version
3.1, google will be the default (you can specify the pypi property value to use public PyPI instead of the default google 3.1 value).

Cloud Load BalancingApplication Load Balancers now support the configuration of a
traffic duration
setting when you add backends to the backend services. You can configure this
setting as SHORT or LONG based on the response time needed by backends to
complete HTTP requests.
Application Load Balancers also support the use of a new in-flight balancing mode that lets you configure the load balancer's traffic distribution to supported backends when requests take more than a second to complete.
This feature is available in Preview.

Virtual Private CloudYou can use Private Service Connect backends to access published services. For more information, see About Private Service Connect backends.

BigtableIn the Google Cloud console, you can import data into Bigtable using the Dataflow job builder, a web interface for building and running Dataflow pipelines. This integration provides a pre-populated template to import data from Pub/Sub to Bigtable. You can also create a custom job to import data from other sources. For more information, see Import and export data.
