DNS_SCOPE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0
Default value, will be inferred as cluster scope.
CLUSTER_SCOPE
value: 1
DNS records are accessible from within the cluster.
VPC_SCOPE
value: 2
DNS records are accessible from within the VPC.
