總覽

這個頁面說明如何使用物件訴訟保留,包括根據預設對新物件及個別物件提交訴訟保留。

所需權限

如要在 Cloud Storage 中使用這項功能,您必須具備足夠的權限,才能查看及更新 Cloud Storage 中的值區和物件:

  • 如果您擁有包含值區的專案,代表您非常可能已具備必要的權限。

  • 如果您使用 IAM,您應具備相關值區的 storage.buckets.updatestorage.buckets.getstorage.objects.updatestorage.objects.get 權限。請參閱「使用 IAM 權限」一文中的操作說明,瞭解如何取得具有這些權限的角色,例如「Storage 管理員」

  • 如果您使用 ACL,您應擁有相關值區及其中物件的「擁有者」權限。相關操作說明請參閱「設定 ACL」一節。

使用依事件提交訴訟保留屬性的預設設定

下列工作示範如何設定及查看值區的依事件提交訴訟保留屬性的預設設定。啟用這個屬性時,系統會對新增到值區的物件自動提交依據事件的訴訟保留。

設定依事件提交訴訟保留屬性的預設設定

如要為 bucket 啟用或停用預設依據事件的訴訟保留屬性,請按照以下指示操作:

控制台

  1. 在 Cloud de Confiance 控制台,前往「Cloud Storage bucket」頁面。

    前往「Buckets」(值區) 頁面

  2. 在值區清單中,找到您要設定依事件提交訴訟保留屬性預設設定的值區,然後按一下該值區的名稱。

  3. 選取靠近頁面上方的「保護」分頁標籤。

    值區的目前狀態會顯示在「依據事件的保留預設選項」部分。

  4. 在「預設啟用依據事件的訴訟保留」部分,按一下目前的狀態即可變更。

    狀態會顯示為「已啟用」或「已停用」

指令列

使用 gcloud storage buckets update 指令並加上適當的旗標:

gcloud storage buckets update gs://BUCKET_NAME FLAG

其中:

  • BUCKET_NAME 是相關值區的名稱。例如:my-bucket

  • FLAG 可以是 --default-event-based-hold (啟用預設依據事件的物件保留) 或 --no-default-event-based-hold (停用預設依據事件的物件保留)。

取得值區的預設訴訟保留狀態

如要查看值區是否會對新物件預設提交依據事件的訴訟保留,請按照以下指示操作:

控制台

  1. 在 Cloud de Confiance 控制台,前往「Cloud Storage bucket」頁面。

    前往「Buckets」(值區) 頁面

  2. 在值區清單中,找到您要查看哪個值區的預設依據事件狀態,並按一下該值區名稱。

  1. 在 Cloud de Confiance 控制台,前往「Cloud Storage bucket」頁面。

    前往「Buckets」(值區) 頁面

  2. 在 bucket 清單中,找到您要提交或移除訴訟保留的物件所屬 bucket,然後按一下該 bucket 的名稱。
