Method: instanceGroups.get

Returns the specified zonal instance group. instanceGroups.get a list of available zonal instance groups by making a

list()

request.

For managed instance groups, use the instanceGroupManagers or regionInstanceGroupManagers methods instead.

GET https://compute.s3nsapis.fr/compute/v1/projects/{project}/zones/{zone}/instanceGroups/{instanceGroup}

Path parameters

Parameters
project

Project ID for this request.
zone

string

The name of the zone where the instance group is located.
instanceGroup

string

The name of the instance group.

Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource instanceGroup:

  • compute.instanceGroups.get

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of InstanceGroup.

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/compute.readonly
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/compute
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
