Name	Description
`kPredicateNotMatched`	The predicate provided to CheckAndMutateRow did not match and the `false_mutations` (if any) were applied.
`kPredicateMatched`	The predicate provided to CheckAndMutateRow matched and the `true_mutations` (if any) were applied.
