`DISK_MODE_UNSPECIFIED`	Default value, which is unused. `DISK_MODE_UNSPECIFIED = 0;`

`LOCKED`	The disk is locked for administrative reasons. Nobody else can use the disk. This mode is used (for example) when taking a snapshot of a disk to prevent mounting the disk while it is being snapshotted. `LOCKED = 3;`
