This plain PHP class represents a Link resource. A set of attributes, each in the format [KEY]:[VALUE].
This class implements PHP's ArrayAccess, allowing access via the array syntax (example below).
Attributes are available to Google\Cloud\Trace\Google\Cloud\Trace\Annotation, Google\Cloud\Trace\Google\Cloud\Trace\Link, and Google\Cloud\Trace\Google\Cloud\Trace\Span.
Example:
$attributes['foo'] = 'bar';
echo $attributes['foo'];
