Request to update a saved query.

The saved query's `name` field is used to identify the one to update, which has format as below: - projects/project_number/savedQueries/saved_query_id - folders/folder_number/savedQueries/saved_query_id - organizations/organization_number/savedQueries/saved_query_id
`update_mask`	`google.protobuf.field_mask_pb2.FieldMask` Required. The list of fields to update.
