Represents a reference to a resource.

Attributes

Name	Description
`kind`	`str` [Output Only] Type of the resource. Always compute#reference for references. This field is a member of `oneof`_ `_kind`.
`reference_type`	`str` A description of the reference type with no implied semantics. Possible values include: 1. MEMBER_OF This field is a member of `oneof`_ `_reference_type`.
`referrer`	`str` URL of the resource which refers to the target. This field is a member of `oneof`_ `_referrer`.
`target`	`str` URL of the resource to which this reference points. This field is a member of `oneof`_ `_target`.
