backend service. Configures whether all, none or a subset of
optional fields should be added to the reported logs. One of
[INCLUDE_ALL_OPTIONAL, EXCLUDE_ALL_OPTIONAL, CUSTOM]. Default is
EXCLUDE_ALL_OPTIONAL.
