records.
Values:
DNS_SCOPE_UNSPECIFIED (0):
Default value, will be inferred as cluster
scope.
CLUSTER_SCOPE (1):
DNS records are accessible from within the
cluster.
VPC_SCOPE (2):
DNS records are accessible from within the
VPC.
