LifecycleState(value)

The states that a PhoneNumber can be in.

Name	Description
`LIFECYCLE_STATE_UNSPECIFIED`	This value is never used.
`ACTIVE`	Number is active and can receive phone calls.
`DELETE_REQUESTED`	Number is pending deletion, and cannot receive calls.
