ModelInfoView(value)Selects which "view" of the model selector configuration the backend
computes for WidgetConfig.UiSettings.ModelConfigInfo.
The end-user views (END_USER_WEB, END_USER_MOBILE) return
the user-facing model selector for their respective surface; the
ADMIN view returns the set surfaced on the Cloud Console admin
"Feature Control" page, with
ModelConfigInfo.ResolvedModel.admin_view populated on each
entry.
