Name	Description
`STS_MIGRATION_READINESS_UNSPECIFIED`	Default value. This value is unused.
`NOT_READY`	The feed needs some work for STS migration.
`READY`	The feed is ready for STS migration.
`AUTH_RECONFIG_REQUIRED`	Need to recreate feed with updated auth.
