CapacityTier(value)

Capacity tier of the VPN tunnel. This is used for IPsec over Interconnect tunnels to indicate different bandwidth limits.

Name	Description
`UNDEFINED_CAPACITY_TIER`	A value indicating that the enum field is not set.
`DEFAULT`	DEFAULT: A VPN tunnel which can support up to 3 Gbps.
`HIGH`	HIGH: A VPN tunnel which can support up to 6 Gbps.
