A link lets a dataset be accessible to BigQuery via usage of linked datasets.

Attributes
Name	Description
`name`	`str` Identifier. Name of the link. The format is: :: projects/[PROJECT_ID]/locations/[LOCATION]/buckets/[BUCKET_ID]/datasets/[DATASET_ID]/links/[LINK_ID]
`display_name`	`str` Optional. A user friendly display name.
`description`	`str` Optional. Description of the link.
`create_time`	`google.protobuf.timestamp_pb2.Timestamp` Output only. Create timestamp.
