rejoining aims at correcting product catalog information in joined
events, set UserEventRejoinScope to JOINED_EVENTS. If all events
needs to be rejoined, set UserEventRejoinScope to
USER_EVENT_REJOIN_SCOPE_UNSPECIFIED.
