Request message for fetching a blob (file content) from a repository.

Name	Description
`repository`	`str` Required. The format is `projects/{project_number}/locations/{location_id}/repositories/{repository_id}`. Specifies the repository containing the blob.
`sha`	`str` Required. The SHA-1 hash of the blob to retrieve.
