Enum State defines possible states of VMware Engine network.
Values:
STATE_UNSPECIFIED (0):
The default value. This value is used if the
state is omitted.
CREATING (1):
The VMware Engine network is being created.
ACTIVE (2):
The VMware Engine network is ready.
UPDATING (3):
The VMware Engine network is being updated.
DELETING (4):
The VMware Engine network is being deleted.
