Constants
STATE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 Default value.
OPEN
value: 1 The PR is open.
CLOSED
value: 2 The PR is closed.
MERGED
value: 3 The PR is merged.
DECLINED
value: 4 The PR is declined. Only used by SCM providers that support declining
pull requests. Never used for GitHub, GitHub Enterprise, GitLab, or
GitLab Enterprise, where a pull request closed without being merged is
CLOSED.
