value: 0 Defaults to VERIFIED.
VERIFIED
value: 1 Site ownership verified.
UNVERIFIED
value: 2 Site ownership pending verification or verification failed.
EXEMPTED
value: 3 Site exempt from verification, e.g., a public website that opens to all.
