value: 0 Default value. For Spark and non-Spark non-configurable billing approach.
CONFIGURABLE_SUBSCRIPTION_INDEXING_CORE
value: 1 Use the subscription base + overage billing for indexing core for non
embedding storage.
CONFIGURABLE_CONSUMPTION_EMBEDDING
value: 2 Use the consumption pay-as-you-go billing for embedding storage add-on.
