STATE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 State not set.
CREATING
value: 1 The replica is being created.
READY
value: 3 The replica is ready.
REMOVING
value: 4 The replica is being removed.
FAILED
value: 5 The replica is experiencing an issue and might be unusable. You can get
further details from the stateReasons field of the ReplicaConfig
object.
