FRAUD_PREVENTION_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 Default, unspecified setting. fraud_prevention_assessment is returned
if transaction_data is present in Event and Fraud Prevention is
enabled in the Google Cloud console.
ENABLED
value: 1 Enable Fraud Prevention for this assessment, if Fraud Prevention is
enabled in the Google Cloud console.
DISABLED
value: 2 Disable Fraud Prevention for this assessment, regardless of the Google
Cloud console settings.
