SQL_BACKUP_STATE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0
The state of the backup is unknown.
ENQUEUED
value: 1
The backup that's added to a queue.
RUNNING
value: 2
The backup is in progress.
FAILED
value: 3
The backup failed.
SUCCESSFUL
value: 4
The backup is successful.
DELETING
value: 5
The backup is being deleted.
DELETION_FAILED
value: 6
Deletion of the backup failed.
