To start an interactive shell session with a Cloud Run instance:
gcloud beta run instances ssh my-instance - POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS

INSTANCE- The name of the instance to SSH into.
- FLAGS

--container=CONTAINER- Name of a specific container to SSH into.
--region=REGION- Region in which the resource can be found. Alternatively, set the property [run/region].
