Method: services.enable
Enables a service so that it can be used with a project.
Operation response type: google.protobuf.Empty

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Name of the consumer and service to enable the service on. The services.enable and services.disable methods currently only support projects. Enabling a service requires that the service is public or is shared with the user enabling the service. An example name would be: projects/123/services/serviceusage.googleapis.com where 123 is the project number (not project ID).
Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource name:
serviceusage.services.enable

The request body must be empty.
Response body
If successful, the response body contains an instance of Operation.
