Methods
`generateEphemeralCert`	SQL Server, private server access, HDD, data cache, legacy HA, serverless exports, multi-region backups, cross-region replicas are not supported. Generates a short-lived X509 certificate containing the provided public key and signed by a private key specific to the target instance.
`get`	SQL Server, private server access, HDD, data cache, legacy HA, serverless exports, multi-region backups, cross-region replicas are not supported. Retrieves connect settings about a Cloud SQL instance.
`resolve`	The method `google.cloud.sql.v1beta4.SqlConnectService.ResolveConnectSettings` is not available in Cloud de Confiance by S3NS.
