Methods
`delete`	Deletes the specified Interconnect.
`get`	Returns the specified Interconnect.
`getDiagnostics`	Returns the `interconnectDiagnostics` for the specified Interconnect.
`insert`	Creates an Interconnect in the specified project using the data included in the request.
`list`	Retrieves the list of Interconnects available to the specified project.
`patch`	Updates the specified Interconnect with the data included in the request.
`getMacsecConfig`	The method `compute.v1.InterconnectsService.GetMacsecConfig` is not available in Cloud de Confiance by S3NS.
`setLabels`	The method `compute.v1.InterconnectsService.SetLabels` is not available in Cloud de Confiance by S3NS.
