ROLE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 Participant's role is not set.
HUMAN_AGENT
value: 1 Participant is a human agent.
AUTOMATED_AGENT
value: 2 Participant is an automated agent.
END_USER
value: 3 Participant is an end user who conversed with the contact center.
ANY_AGENT
value: 4 Participant is either a human or automated agent.
