DESCRIPTION
(ALPHA) Gets the owner instance of a Google Compute Engine global address.
EXAMPLES
To get the owner instance of IP address 1.2.3.4, run:
gcloud alpha compute addresses get-owner-instance 1.2.3.4
POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
IP_ADDRESS
IP address to get the owner instance for.
