INFORMATION
gcloud alpha compute snapshot-groups test-iam-permissions is supported in universe domain universe; however, some of the values used in the help text may not be available. Command examples may not work as-is and may requires changes before execution.

SYNOPSIS
gcloud alpha compute snapshot-groups test-iam-permissions SNAPSHOT_GROUP_NAME --permissions=[PERMISSIONS,…] [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG …]
DESCRIPTION
(ALPHA) Returns the permissions that a caller has on the specified Compute Engine snapshot group.
EXAMPLES
To test if the caller has compute.snapshotGroups.delete permission on my-snapshot-group, run: 
gcloud alpha compute snapshot-groups test-iam-permissions my-snapshot-group --permissions=compute.snapshotGroups.delete
POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
Snapshot group resource - The snapshot group to test permissions for. This represents a Cloud resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given arguments in this group but can be set in other ways.

To set the project attribute:

  • provide the argument snapshot_group_name on the command line with a fully specified name;
  • provide the argument --project on the command line;
  • set the property core/project.

This must be specified.

SNAPSHOT_GROUP_NAME
ID of the snapshot group or fully qualified identifier for the snapshot group.

To set the snapshot_group_name attribute:

  • provide the argument snapshot_group_name on the command line.
REQUIRED FLAGS
--permissions=[PERMISSIONS,…]
The permissions to test.
GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
These flags are available to all commands: --access-token-file, --account, --billing-project, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format, --help, --impersonate-service-account, --log-http, --project, --quiet, --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity.
