gcloud alpha compute target-ssl-proxies is supported in universe domain universe; however, some of the values used in the help text may not be available. Command examples may not work as-is and may requires changes before execution.

SYNOPSIS
gcloud alpha compute target-ssl-proxies GROUP | COMMAND [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG …]
DESCRIPTION
(ALPHA) List, create, and delete target SSL target proxies for proxy Network Load Balancers.

NOTES
This command is currently in alpha and might change without notice. If this command fails with API permission errors despite specifying the correct project, you might be trying to access an API with an invitation-only early access allowlist. These variants are also available:
